A columbarium is a place designated for the ashes of the faithful departed. A columbarium is a place for the public holding of cinerary urns (receptacles for holding cremated remains), generally with each urn placed in a covered niche upon which the name of the departed is engraved. The columbarium at Grace is in the courtyard which lies between the church worship space and the fellowship hall.
